Over the history of The Society of Auricular Acupuncturists and The College of Auricular Acupuncture we have worked with and continue to work with: The country's leading Drug Agencies, training staff members in Detox Acupuncture for the benefit of their client group, lessening withdrawal symptoms and retaining clients within the project. Residential Rehabilitation Facilities, training nurses, counsellors and project workers for the benefit of their client group, aiding sleep and reducing the potential for relapse. Her Majesty's Prison Service, training Prison Officers to deliver Detox Acupuncture to those in their care with anger management issues, sleep disturbance and withdrawal from their substances. GP's, Physiotherapists and other Healthcare Professionals in the UK and abroad in The Comprehensive Diploma in Auricular Acupuncture, increasing the benefits of their primary method of treatment. Complementary Therapists wishing to attain The Comprehensive Diploma in Auricular Acupuncture as an additional treatment modality enhancing effectiveness of their primary therapy. As one of the original members working towards Voluntary Self Regulation (VSR)/ Statuatory Self Regulation (SSR) with The Prince of Wales Foundation for Integrated Health, we continue to lead the way and set the standard of training in Auricular Acupuncture for the benefit of our members, students and their clients.
